Tracks software turns any PC into a super-smart Student Fee Collection and/or Student Store management system. To make a sale, the user scans the bar code on a student ID card, or types in the student name or number, and then scans bar codes for each of the items being sold, like prom tickets, student activity stickers or yearbooks. All that fundraiser money and donations can be tracked too. With only a few keystrokes, a fully itemized receipt is printed. All transactions take just seconds.
You can easily track sales of everything from student body cards to yearbooks to shop fees.
As each transaction is completed, the system keeps track of which items are sold and to whom. Actual products sold are automatically deducted from the current inventory on hand. Each student's purchase history is updated automatically.
Tracks can help collect student debts because you have instant visibility to all existing debts when the student tries to buy something new. Existing outstanding debts can be entered easily and tracked in detail. You can even design and print your own custom form letters to speed collection.
