Program Overview
SchoolBooks® provides you with the information you need to run your site-based activity accounting by tracking each transaction and allowing you to retrieve the data you need — when you need it. SchoolBooks was developed because so many of our school customers were frustrated by trying to use regular business accounting software to manage their activity accounts.
With SchoolBooks, you can track amounts paid to vendors from purchase order to invoice to printing the check. You can print receipts on your report printer and create bank deposit entries automatically.
Easy-to-access reports provide flexible yet professional financial reporting and you can print them anytime you want — no waiting until the end of the month. You can even print reports and view transactions that happened five months ago; detailed data is always accessible, even after month end. And month-end just got simpler because SchoolBooks does your bank reconciliation and it’s a snap to close the period.
Best yet — the intuitive design of the screens and menus make it easy for new users to get up and running quickly. Because it was designed for users with little or no bookkeeping or accounting experience, SchoolBooks makes it easy to succeed.
SchoolBooks is completely integrated with our Tracks Student Fee Collection/Point-of-Sale module. All user data is completely ODBC-compatible and accessible by any ODBC-compatible program. All reports are written in Crystal Reports and can be exported to a wide range of popular programs.
